We understand that most people, even when “required” to do so, never actually read the privacy policy of a website and just click a button to say they did. Hey, we're no different.

However, because of the ethics subject matter covered on A2Ethics.org, we want you to think that reading all or parts of the privacy policy is worth the time.

We don't expect you to have any ethical epiphany after reading all or parts of it---our privacy policy is probably like many others.

Even so, we are willing to promote our policy because it is that and then some. It is unique because we also want to invite you to have a recurring conversation about the ethics of privacy in a time when the whole idea of privacy is changing almost as fast as you can read our privacy policy.

A2Ethics.org respects your concerns about maintaining strict privacy, so we aim to be as transparent as possible.

It is also an ethical issue we talk and care about.

By visiting or joining the A2Ethics.org website, you agree to the collection and use of the personal information described in this policy. How do we treat your information?

A2Ethics.org never rents or sells visitor or member information of any sort from any source. Never.

A2Ethics.org gives you full control over your information, including the ability to erase it from our system.

A2Ethics.org does look at our Web statistics. They include no personal information. These statistics are reviewed to see how many people use our site, for how long and what they are interested in reading and learning about ethics issues. Our use of these statistics is to get a clear idea of what our visitors and members like and don’t like about what we are doing.

A2Ethics.org does use “cookies” to retain your login information without your having to enter it again and to allow you to leave one area of our website to visit other pages that interest you.

How do we protect your information?

A2Ethics.org attempts to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of your personal information. Our servers are protected by reasonable physical and electronic security.

What about children and A2Ethics.org?

A2Ethics.org’s mission is not directed toward children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personally identifiable information to A2Ethics.org.

What about our links?

Our website offers links, both permanent and temporary, to other sites. A2Ethics.org cannot vouch for the privacy policies used by these websites, nor can or should we be responsible for the privacy practices of these websites.
